POS Cash Drawer

The POS Cash Drawer is where customers’ payment in cash is kept until the end of the business day or shift.  Hence it is imperative to select one of quality material and necessary locking security.  It’s mechanism must be reliable as it is subjected to repeated opening and closure through the business hours.

The POS Cash Drawer is typically connected to the receipt printer via serial connection, to electronically activate the drawer unlocking mechanism.  There is also a manual key unlocking feature.

There are also wireless cash drawers available.  Great for use with tablet PC or iPad POS.
