Customer Loyalty Program

 

A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System holds a depository of customer’s data, his preferences and likes. This information can be to used manage business relationships or prepare a Customer Loyalty Program that rewards and encourages customers to re-visit a restaurant/store. These systems can be integrated with a POS system so that when customer engages at the point of sale, appropriate information may be presented to the service staff to provide a personalised and superior customer experience, e.g. calling the customer by name, recommending customer’s preferred food etc. The restaurant can also run special promotions for its regulars.
