Definition

“Customer” means any person using the services of AdvisePOS.com.

“Partners” mean AdvisePOS.com’s partnering suppliers, who provide Point Of Sale (POS) systems/solutions and associated services.

The following sets out the terms and conditions under which AdvisePOS.com will offer its service.  By using the Services as described below, Customers will be deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

AdvisePOS.com is a website that provides services to link up Customer with appropriate Partners to purchase and implement Point Of Sale (POS) solutions.

Based on our understanding of Customer’s requirements, AdvisePOS.com will shortlist suitable consultants from our POS Partners community to have further detailed discussions on customer’s desired POS solutions.

Customer will place purchase orders directly with Partners for the agreed POS Solutions.

Indemnification

All POS solutions, products, services and sale proposal quotations are provided by AdvisePOS.com’s Partners directly to Customer.  Customer will be separately bounded by the terms and conditions of Partners’ sale proposal quotation.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AdvisePOS.com, its affiliates, employees from and against all costs, losses, damages, claims and expense, including indemnification of legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising out of the customer’s use of AdvisePOS.com Services.

AdvisePOS.com uses Customer information collected to help shortlist suitable Partners for POS solution discussions.  Information may be shared with Partners, to the extent necessary, to respond to Customer’s POS solution enquiry efficiently.

The laws of Singapore shall govern all issues arising from the use of this site.
