POS Training

An ideal POS solution is one that is simple to use with minimal training required. This is important say in a retail environment with high staff turnover rate.  Businesses would want too much time spent on getting staff familiar with using the POS System.

Most POS vendors will provide some form of POS system administrator training and user training after the solution is setup.  It is usually is a “Train the trainer approach” where key personnel from the customer’s organization is trained to use the POS system, who is later responsible to pass down the knowledge to other POS users in the organization.
